1. What uClipy is
uClipy makes short, silly, computer-generated video clips from a text description you type and a fictional face you pick from our set. Every face is synthetic; none of them is a real person.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or buy credits. By using uClipy you confirm that you are.
3. What you may not make
uClipy is safe-for-work only. You agree not to request clips that are sexual or suggestive, that depict minors in any way, that depict real people (including public figures, people you know, or yourself), or that contain violence, gore, hate, self-harm, drugs, or illegal activity. You may not upload images, and you may not try to work around our filters.
Prompts are checked automatically before and after generation. Blocked prompts count against your account; repeated attempts lock it. We do not tell you which part of a prompt was blocked.
4. Credits and payment
Clips cost one credit each. Credits are bought in packs through Stripe and are not transferable. A credit is returned automatically when a clip fails to generate or is rejected by our output check. Other than that, credits are non-refundable. Free accounts have a limited number of clips per hour.
5. Your clips
You own the clips you make, subject to these terms and to the licences of the underlying models. Clips are deleted 3 days after they are made; download anything you want to keep. You are responsible for how you use and share your clips.
6. What we log
We keep every prompt you submit, the moderation decision made on it, and basic account activity for up to one year, so we can keep the service safe and comply with our payment and hosting providers. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Service
uClipy is provided as is. Generation can fail, look wrong, or be unavailable. We may change prices, limits, and features, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
